Auduble is a new operator in the Capsule III studio and "Cosmic Dub" feels like an accurate description of their sound.
"Multiverse Regeneration" gives you some seriously deep and dull bass and kick package that swims in noise and has a driving yet funky phaser-processed drum loop.
"Cosmological Inflation" gives you a slower more stuttering rhythm but shares the same sound scape. On a couple of occasions you sense a melody far away but the track as a whole is dark and chilled out.
Auduble's love for analog synth chords, tape delays and spring reverbs is obvious on this release and, looking at the titles, the interest in theories about how the universe works. In short, cosmic dub.
